NOF believes that peer "... support from people in similar situations is crucial to everyone coping with osteoporosis. To fill this need, NOF created the Linking Up programs, "electronic" support groups for women and men. Linking Up for Men serves men of all ages. Because women often have age-related concerns about menopause and medications, the Linking Up program for women has been divided into two groups:
