Measles

Measles is one of the most contagious and dangerous of the children's viral diseases that result in a rash.

It is easy to assume that, because the US vaccinates children against the disease, it is non-existent. Travelers can import Measles. Many seniors were never vaccinated against the disease, and very young children may still be too young for vaccination. The pathway is there.

Fear of health hazards from vaccines containing mercury have caused many parents to stop innoculating their children for various diseases.

Although there is still a great deal of controversy over this point, at least one clinical study has shown no connection between vaccines containing mercury and autism or other developmental disorders.
