Bursitis and Tendinitis are painful conditions resulting from repetitious movement of virtually any kind or from an injury. The result is swelling and inflammation in the tissues and structures around the joints, such as tendons, ligaments, bursae, and muscles.
These conditions are often confused with arthritis, which causes inflammation in the joint itself.
