Is it important to know which circadian rhythm cycle you are in prior to taking meds for Allergies?

All living things, whether plant or animal, have a rhythm to their lives. In human beings, there are several rhythms in our lives which regulate when one's core body temperature is higher, when our heart beat is faster, when our immune system is more proactive.

Recent research has indicated that these rhythms play a critical role in determining the effectiveness of medications a person takes. For instance, antihistamines taken for Allergic Rhinitis is more effective if taken after dinnertime in the evening, and steroid/cortisone type medication is more effective if taken in the morning.
